Supporting this family of three has been a remarkable journey, filled with learning moments, laughter, and heartfelt connections. When the twins joined our program, we quickly realized that caring for twins is a whole different ball game.
At first, we assumed caring for two children of the same age would be like having two additional children — just double the typical routines. But we quickly discovered that twins bring their own unique set of challenges (and joys!). The biggest challenge — and one that still makes our staff chuckle — is the art of simply getting the family through the door each morning.
Imagine this: One child is clinging to mom’s leg, the other is stretching their arms out, and their big sister is trying to run ahead to her classroom. It’s like juggling groceries while balancing a cup of coffee — except the groceries are wiggling, giggling, and sometimes crying. You either need Captain America’s super-strength to carry both twins at once or take multiple trips to finally get everyone settled inside.
Once we mastered the morning routine, we found that building structure and consistency became key. The twins, like many siblings, had very distinct personalities. One was more independent and curious, always exploring corners of the room. The other was more attached and observant, preferring to watch before engaging. It was important for our team to create personalized approaches to help both boys feel secure and supported.
We also worked closely with the parents to establish routines that mirrored what they were doing at home. From synchronized nap times to ensuring both boys had a chance to develop their own interests, it was a collaborative effort that required open communication and constant adjustment.
The big sister played an incredible role as well. She became a proud helper, often showing her brothers how things worked and stepping in when they needed comfort. Watching her thrive in this role was a heartwarming reminder of how important family dynamics are in an early education setting.
Looking back, this family has taught us so much about patience, creativity, and teamwork. They've become an integral part of our community, and their journey with us highlights what we value most — supporting families through all stages of growth, no matter how unique their path may be.

照顧這三人家庭的旅程，真是一段充滿學習、歡笑和感動的歷程。當這對雙胞胎加入我們的課程時，我們很快就發現，照顧雙胞胎和照顧兩名年齡相仿的孩子完全是兩碼事。
起初，我們以為接收兩名相同年齡的孩子，只是多照顧兩個孩子而已，沒什麼特別的。結果我們很快發現，雙胞胎真的有自己獨特的挑戰（和樂趣！）。最讓我們忍俊不禁的，居然是每天早上的「進門大作戰」——這成了我們老師之間的笑點之一。
想像一下：一個孩子抱著媽媽的大腿不放，另一個伸手要人抱，大姐姐則已經迫不及待地衝向教室。這情景就像是一邊拎著菜籃，一邊平衡著一杯熱咖啡——只不過這些「菜」還會扭來扭去，有時笑著、有時哭著。你要嘛像美國隊長一樣有強壯的手臂，一次抱起兩個孩子；要嘛就得來回兩三趟，才能把這一家人安頓好。
我們親切地稱這對雙胞胎兄弟為「TT」，取自他們名字的子音。起初，要分清楚誰是誰真是個大難題。我們試過綁不同的髮型、記住他們額頭的細微差異，甚至靠著其中一位的小胎記來區分。結果當那顆胎記消失後，我們的「識別策略」也跟著泡湯了！現在，即便已經照顧他們這麼久了，偶爾我們還是會搞錯——這雖然有點令人懊惱，但也成了每天讓人啼笑皆非的一部分。幸好，隨著他們長大，現在我們只要問：「誰是誰？」他們就會開心地指著彼此，露出淘氣的笑容。
當我們終於搞定了早上的「迎接儀式」，接下來的挑戰就是建立規律和穩定的作息。這對雙胞胎，雖然是兄弟，但個性卻截然不同。哥哥比較獨立、好奇，總愛到處探索；弟弟則比較依賴、觀察力強，喜歡先看看情況再決定是否要參與。因此，我們的老師針對兩兄弟的特質，設計了不同的照顧方式，確保他們都能在教室裡感到安心並獲得適當的支持。
此外，我們也和家長密切合作，協助他們在家裡建立一致的作息，從同步午睡時間，到幫助每個孩子發展自己的興趣，這都需要持續的溝通與調整。
值得一提的是，大姐姐在這個過程中扮演了重要的角色。她成了我們的小小助教，常常示範給弟弟們看該怎麼做，甚至在他們需要安慰時挺身而出。看到她在這個角色中成長茁壯，讓我們再次體會到家庭在孩子成長中的重要性。
回顧這段旅程，這一家人讓我們學到了許多關於耐心、創意和團隊合作的寶貴經驗。他們已成為我們社區中不可或缺的一部分，他們的故事也正是我們最珍視的價值——無論家庭的成長旅程多麼獨特，我們都會一路陪伴。
